Prive Couture Shop

Review: I made an order with a store that started with the name "7th and Prive" but later changed its name to Prive Couture Shop. On July 25th, 2014 I ordered a pair of [redacted] sneakers that cost a $498.75 online at the shops website. I was told from the store via email, that it takes 2-4 days for the payment to process and another 1-3 days for their warehouse to ship. 10 days after the order had been made, I had gotten no information from the store, so I emailed them asking for more information. On the same day, August 4th, they told me my package had been shipped and they were waiting for customs to release the parcel and the they would express ship it to me. After that, on August 11th, I hadn't received my package so I emailed them again asking for some updates. The shop replied stating that I would receive my tracking number on that same week. I waited the whole week and continued to hear nothing from the store. On the August 18th and 20th I emailed them again stating that the week has passed and I still haven't gotten my tracking information. The store responded apologizing for the delay, and told me they would be giving me tracking information soon. They said they couldn't give me a specific date because they were waiting for customs to release the products. After not getting any updated from them, I emailed the shop on September 3rd and 5th demanding my order to be cancelled and a refund. Until this day I haven't received a response. I also sent them a text message those same days expressing my concern. On the 7th of September I received a text message stating my package is on the way. From that day forward I haven't been able to get in contact with them. They don't respond my emails, text messages or phone calls. I tried to contact them through their [redacted] account and after sending numerous messages I was told a store advisor would contact me two weeks ago. After that all that I send them has been ignored again. They continue to update their [redacted] disregarding my messages.Desired Settlement: At this point I would just want a refund from the store. Its been two months since I made the order and haven't gotten it yet. What worries me most is the fact that I can't get in contact with them. I sent them a text message on the 23rd from a different number and they responded until I told them the name on the order and haven't gotten a response since. They are clearly ignoring my attempts of communication.So to reiterate, I just want my $498.75 back.
