We sent a crew to ***'s house one time and the installer reported back to me that he "could not get into the yard"We will handle this issue by September 30, Customer should leave the gates open/unlocked so that the installer can get in to make the repairs. Ed S*** President

This is a total lieIf the locks are broken, how can I lock the gates so that no one could get in? Besides we were never contacted about anyone coming to repair the locksThe last contact we had was in and told that ED hasn't gotten to the Factory to get new locks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I sincerely thank the Revdex.com for being a voice for me.I don't understand a business ignoring a customer who has a problem with their product.  Seriously, how much time and effort does it take to make a phone call?Moving forward, I will continue to inspect the fence for further issues (I have found two more spots since I filed this complaint), and I will contact the company to keep them apprised of the number of boards that need replaced. Regards,

Response to Revdex.com,Our company makes every effort to install the fences on the date that is discussed.  Our lead time is quoted, based on the receipt of a deposit and ALL completed contract documents.  This customer sent the final contract documents on June 14, 2016, although a $2000 deposit...

was received prior to that date.  PA One has been called to mark the utilities on this customer's property, and their fence will be completed in our manufacturing facility next week, with a scheduled installation date of July 14.  When I returned to the plant this afternoon, an email was sent to the customer to explain this timeframe, prior to my receiving the complaint.As the customer commented, we are a reputable company, and there is no excuse for the lack of communication with this customer.  As of now, we have stopped production on this customer's fence, until we are sure that they want it installed next week.Ed S[redacted]Prizm Vinyl Corp[redacted]

As stated in our terms and conditions which the customer agrees to when signing his order... "[redacted] shall not be liable for damages or delays in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any priority system...

established by any agency of the [redacted], fires, floods, storms, other acts of God, accidents, strikes, insurrections, war, shortage of materials, lack of transportation and failure of performance of subcontractors and/or suppliers for similar reasons. Failure of Prizm to perform for these reasons aforesaid shall not be grounds for purchaser’s cancellation of its order but the delivery date shall be extended accordingly.We did not charge the customer's credit card for the order therefore we do not owe the customer a refund.  Customer is welcomed to cancel order if delivery date is not satisfactory. This complaint did not warrant contacting the Revdex.com.
