My hesitancy to accept is based on 1) I have been told the check was being sent previously, and the owner, Mr. B[redacted], offers no firm timeline for my payment other than "shortly" 2) Failure on the part of Mr. B[redacted] or Mr. J[redacted] to contact me directly regarding this matter suggests a lack of concern over it.
