Review: The work in my residence was grossly inadequate, causing extreme emotional distress due to the current state of renovations in my home. To date, I paid to the general contractor approximately $42,500, plus $30,000 for materials and, at least, an additional $15,000 to subcontractors. Moreover, the cost to complete unfinished work and correct/repair unsatisfactory work is estimated to cost at least $100,000. The following is a partial list of complaints that have been identified:Work was not completed as per the Punch List that I provided; The guaranteed completion date is over due by a period in excess of 9 months;My family and I have been deprived of full enjoyment of their home;The work area was not enclosed as promised, thereby exposing my young children and their clothing and toys to excessive and hazardous dust and debris;The excessive and hazardous dust and debris caused by improper work methods in the workplace forced me to hire cleaning professionals on a regular basis;Failure to create a secure and enclosed work area with separate access to the home caused me to remain on the premises for prolonged periods of time;My presence was required at the work site resulting in my inability to adequately maintain my legal practice, which resulted in a loss of income;Improper installation of a Circuit Breaker panel created a dangerous and unsafe condition that led to an electrical overload, which caused the HVAC system to become inoperable during a summer heat wave;Poor workmanship has led to repairs at added expense and will require future corrections at substantial cost;Unskilled and sporadic day laborers were hired to perform complex and specialized renovations for which I paid a premium;Parts and equipment were either damaged or unsuitable for the project;Work was not performed within current industry standards;Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded so that I can pay for a new contractor to repair and correct work that is incomplete and/or unsatisfactorily done.

This claim and all allegations from this costumer is 100% false. I will not go into detail except for saying that after the costumer told me she didnt have money at the time to pay me, I continued and finished the project. I still did not recieve payment so I put a mechanics lien on her property.
