This comp. took over 222 Signs, which I had an acct with. They have been very bad since the takeover.
I needed a Real Estate Sign put up and had a prior account with 222 signs. I'd heard they took over 222 Signs, and have not been doing good by the customers. I tried to reach them for over a week and left multiple messages. They have no phone number that is replied to, and when I finally tried the app (no people at all to speak to about questions), they auto-confirmed the sign placement with the wrong broker information (I put in correct info and even noted in that it was going to be a Nardozzi Sign.) There is no where to call and correct. I still havent gotten sign. I was able to correct brokerage online, but it went directly into a new order instead of me being able to correct current sign. If you look on Google reviews, all clients are blasting the old 222 signs location with bad reviews because they don't appear to have a tangible address. (They HAVE charged my credit card however.)

Desired Outcome

I would like to speak to someone at the company and also have them answer their phone, and/or emails regarding customer service.

I have spoken with Ms. and explained what had transpired during the transition of the 222 Corp to us. As discussed, we had several issues with our phone and internet service right at the start including a six business day intermittent shutdown followed by voicemails being sent to a voicemail box we did not authorize thus stranding customer calls. This placed a heavy burden on our ability to interact with our customers in a timely fashion. We have since worked feverishly to resolve this and get caught up with everyone. Ms. expressed her satisfaction with the recent orders she has placed with us and the service she has received.

I am satisfied that they finally got the sign placed although it was while later. I did have to go put my own sign up as they did not have any of my brokers signs that they were able to find. According to my broker they are in possession of more than a dozen signs maybe up to 20 from their previous account at 222 signs. They did respond that they received all "active signs quote from the other companies. So I am concerned they may have discarded our brokers signs or are unable to find them in the warehouse. The signs will be a costly replacement. I would caution everyone who has signs with these companies Clark/222 signs now merged into the current company to call and ask for a current inventory and match it with what they have records of being at either company.
I would like a customer service line to be reachable where you can talk to a real person and get a real response rather than just the app being used. I am pleased with the calls from the owner/manager and his attempt to make things right.

We appreciate Ms. acknowledgement that we have completed her recent order and have been in communication with her to try and address her concerns. We did explain that the signs we had received were placed in our inventory as we'd have no reason or not desire not to take care of them so we could satisfy our customer's orders. Additionally, we have no way to validate what they may think they may have had against what we actually received as evidenced by her comments and that signs were out in the field during the transition as well. With respect to communication, we acknowledged the unfortunate issues we had several months ago that were out of our control but have since solved the problem. The email chain provided to your representative indicates our attempts to get back to her within hours of her request once we got current. Ms. indicated she would continue to utilize our services and we plan to do everything we can to satisfy her needs going forward.

Please address the missing signs with my broker. They have invoices and a current inventory.

They have my real estate and finance signs and they won't turn them over. Several colleagues have the same issue. They need to turn over the very expensive signs we paid for. I am willing to go pick them up but they won't answer calls nor emails. There are more than 200 agents affected by this.

Desired Outcome

Delivery I will pick up my signs, but there is no way of finding out their address, they don't even appear in Sunbiz. I am happy to pick up my signs and be done with it.

Mr. Fyd from Proactive Field Services contacted me and returned the signs that he was able to locate and refunded me the money for the lost signs. I work in an office of over 200 agents and I was the only one that succeeded in obtaining my signs and money back, and it was only because of the Revdex.com's intervention. Mr. Fyd asked me to please update Revdex.com with the resolution as he does not want to have an open complaint with the Revdex.com; I told him I would update Revdex.com on the resolution of the complaint as soon as he returned my signs and money, which he did. Thank you so much for your intervention, had it not been for the Revdex.com, I would still be without my signs or my money. Thank you and have a Happy New Year!
