Pro Adjuster

I deeply regret my experience with the ProAdjuster Group and the purchase of the ProBalance360/EV system. I entered into a financing agreement in March 2025 with high hopes based on the company’s promises—but what followed was a mess of delayed shipments, broken commitments, and a shocking lack of communication.

Despite paying in full through financing, I did not receive the complete equipment for over 17 weeks—well beyond their 8–12 week quote. One major component was lost in shipping, and I was not informed until I reached out repeatedly. Even now, I have still not received an answer to my formal demand for a refund, nor ANY assistance with setting up the ProBalance EV & 360 system.

Their handling of training seminars was equally unprofessional. After abruptly canceling the originally scheduled location, I was left with non-refundable travel expenses and no reimbursement, despite being promised one. Attempts to communicate were met with inconsistent and unhelpful responses, and I was even accused of being unwilling to succeed when I simply asked for accountability.

What’s worse, their follow-up felt more like harassment than support—with non-stop calls and texts about upcoming Zoom trainings, In-person seminars and even new sales calls for more equipment. Yet no real answers about my equipment status. When I voiced legitimate concerns, I was met with condescension and excuses rather than ownership or solutions.

Even after retaining legal counsel to address these issues, the matter remains unresolved, underscoring the company’s unwillingness to take responsibility.

If you’re a healthcare professional looking to invest in your practice, I strongly caution you to think twice before doing business with this company. The lack of professionalism and accountability is not something you want to deal with—especially when you're tying up a significant financial investment.

This is the first site to come up when google searching "Pro-Adjuster". My review has nothing to do with any chiropractic office- just the product. Here's my two cents. Many years ago I purchased 2 Pro-Adjuster instruments to take the pressure off my back in my high volume Chiropractic office. The purchase process was a NIGHTMARE, the price they wanted was a NIGHTMARE, the actual use of them was a NIGHTMARE, the guy selling them was nothing short of a scam artist and all I had left at the end were two dead computers that were unfixable (each over $30K) and it actually COST me money to discard them because the base was so heavy. DO NOT PURCHASE A PRO-ADJUSTER! AND... today, years after this debacle, I found they still listed me on their clinic finder page... -Jay Korsen

Review: To whom it may concern,

I was a new Patient to Dr. [redacted]. I first saw him on Saturday March 12th in the morning and really liked my first experience. He asked me at the end of the visit if I could come in Monday March 14th . I told him I could come at 6 pm and they told me to come in then. I got a voicemail on 3/14/16 at 3:22 pm stating that they had to re schedule my appt so I rescheduled for the following day, Tuesday March 15th at 6 pm also. I went to my appt and no one was there, the door was locked and the OPEN sign light was off also.. I waited about 45 minutes outside in the parking lot till I went home. I called and spoke to his secretary on Wednesday who told me he was sick that Monday but couldn’t explain why he wasn’t there on Tuesday . I told her I was upset and wanted to come in but that this was un necessary. She said she was sorry and that I could come in Thursday March 17th at 6 pm. I told her I wanted to give it one more shot and told me to come in Thursday March 17th at 6 pm. On Thursday at 5 :01 pm, I got a call from his Secretary telling me his car broke down and that I couldn’t be seen. I told her that this was not acceptable and she stated I could come in Monday March 21st at 6 pm. I went to their office on Monday March 21st 2016 and once again the door was locked, the office was dark and the OPEN sign was off. I called and told them how upset I was. I had one visit they billed my insurance to never be seen again. This Chiropractor doesn’t just manipulate to adjust but also uses a tool called a “Pro – Adjuster” , in my frustration that night I called around the city to see if someone else uses this tool. I contacted another local Chiropractor office and told her my situation to which we stated that she has been calling Dr. [redacted]s office for Medical Records on a patient and no one will return her call.

As you have read I am very disappointed in their service as I was happy with my first visit. I currently work in patient services at a local hospital and something like this would never be tolerated.

Please help me in figuring this issue out as I hope this never happens to anyone again.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want them to get a review and an explanation as to why this has happened . I have been in a lot of pain and was seeking treatment that I could never get . They state they are open 10am-7pm which Monday- Friday which is far from true . I would like someone from the Revdex.com to contact me and let me know the results from this resolution after they investigate this matter .
