Today I had the pleasure of Pro Appliance Installers delivering and installing a new dishwasherTo say they are excellent with communication, time management, attention to detail, pride in their work product and extraordinary customer care is an understatementRobert P [redacted] and his associate Eddie, called early in the day to let me know where they were and were still on track within the hour window I had been given When they were an hour from my delivery, they called with an update and were at my home exactly when they said they would be hereRobert and Eddie took extraordinary precautions when bringing the unit in and removing the old applianceA large shipping pad along with a hard surface they had was placed in front of the work area to insure no damage would occur to the floor or cabinets All work was checked, and then they ran the dishwasher to insure all hoses and connections were leak freeThey also had everything needed to hook up the dishwasher When Home Depot or Samsung sent the appliance to their company, it didn't arrive with a "dishwasher kit" Since the new dishwasher needed to be installed in a different manner, we were delighted to find out they had a kit in their truck that would enable them to do the install without running around looking for the right partsWe would absolutely recommend this business to everybody

Just had stove and wall unit refrigerator installed this weekBoth Thermadore A inch oven, inch Freedom coulmn freezer and inch Refrigerator connected together as oneAll look just greatI highly recommend using Pro Appliance for this type of work The owner Jesse is a terrific guy that explained to me all the details I needed and answered all my questionsNever have I experienced something like this, like zero pressure and willing to answer all my detailed questions as I am the one that prepared the cabinetry that houses the monster appliances they installedNow comes the lead installer, RobertAnother home run hereWhat a careful, gentle and considerate fellow he isTakes his time and makes sure all is in correctly and aligned perfectlyI was given a wrong size door handle, Robert returned as soon as he heard I got the right parts and finished the jobWe are very pleased with the people we dealt with and the installation itselfthe refrigerator alone consumed two guys a full day, it's that involved ! Requires a lot of building at the site, our kitchenPro Installers is highly recommended

I had new appliances to install; dishwasher, down draft cooktop, built in wall oven and built in microwaveJesse and I exchanged numerous emails and the price was agreed at $in totalOn the day of the appointment Harry and his helper showed upNo JessieThey were several hours lateHarry looked at the built in oven and microwave cut out and determined the new appliances would be 5" shorter than the cut out leaving a gap at the bottomHarry explained that he could eliminate most of the gap by installing shelvesOne for the oven and one for the microwaveThe additional charge would be $I called Jesse and he told me the $price quoted was for a direct replacement install onlyI agreed to the extra charge as my wall oven and microwave were already removedOnce the new oven was positioned in the cut out Harry explained the manufacturers wiring was too short and wouldn't reach the junction boxHarry suggested relocating the junction box 18" so the wiring would reachHe would charge another $for this serviceWhat could I do? So I agreedThe cooktop: Harry asked if I had purchased a new flex gas line and an appliance cord connectorI explained that I thought the old ones could be re-usedHarry stated that he couldn't re-use the parts per codeAnother $bucks!
So my $install turned into $As a senior citizen I feel that I was ripped off! Beware of Jesse and his crewIf he quotes a price by phone or email, there is a 100% chance there will be add on chargesI hope Jesse reads this and takes actionOtherwise, I will file a report with the Revdex.com You folks have been warned!

We had two dated appliances replaced: a wall oven/microwave combination, and a cooktopThe installers for both appliances were prompt, friendly, polite, and professionalThey kept us apprised of everything they were doing, and did the installations quickly and efficientlyThe cutout for the wall oven needed some modifications, which they did expertlyBoth installations look great! We are very pleased with the work Pro Appliance Installers did, and we would not hesitate to use them again

They came out on relatively short notice, removed an old wall oven and installed a new one, even taking the old one awayThey were timely, responsive, conscientious and efficient The price was very reasonableWe'll definitely use them in the future

Jesse did an outstanding job installing a microwave ovenHe ensured that every surface below the microwave was protected and cleaned up upon completionIn fact I immediately recommended him to a family member who also needed an installation I have no reservations at all in his ability to expertly complete any appliance installation job

I spoke with Jesse on Saturday for a quote on refrigerators and dryers to be moved and reinstalled Jesse gave me a fair quote and said they could be there at 8:am Sunday- the very next morning! Robert and Josh showed up as promised and did an amazing job They were super courteous, careful and meticulous I have to say these guys deserve a star plus ratingIt was a lot of work and they had such a great attitude the entire time Thank you to Jesse for hiring such a great crew and your prompt service Highly recommend this company and will use them again
