Pro Armor

I am rejecting this response because: Pro-Armor did offer me replacement doors at dealer pricing giving them double the profit for doors that were not manufactured correctly in the first placeI don't feel Pro-Armors failure of quality control should fall entirely on a consumerPro-Armor has put Company profit before safetyThese doors had very little use after they were installedThis is why I'm so upset! I would not accept any offer other than Pro-Armor replace these doors at their costI will also take this up with Polaris, we were considering Indian Roadmaster for but now worried about quality and customer support

agreeable to him.  Although, the doors Mr. [redacted] is referring to had a 90 day manufacturer warranty, which would have expired in 2014, we understood his desire to replace his doors and stepped forward with a very aggressive replacement cost offer.      To reiterate the offer, we have previously communicated to Mr. [redacted], it is stated below and still is a standing offer for acceptance:   Either – Replace the frames at $150.00 (73% discount) Replace the doors, which would allow him to retain his skins for $297.00 (43% discount)   Since we had previously communicated this to Mr. [redacted], we have not reached out to him again.  We are appreciative that this communication will be forwarded to him.    As stated, our replacement offer(s) still stand and we can be contacted at 952-343-9270 Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 4:30 or email at [email protected] and we will facilitate this offer immediately.    Respectfully,   ProArmor Customer Service
