Hi *** This was lost in the email shuffle as I'm seeing it now To clarify, my past customer filed a complaint Per an agreement with this customer, we refunded the monthly auto payment She noted 2x that she would close this complaint with you (see below) I believe she may have gone in to do this but the Revdex.com had this complaint marked as closed due to our understanding to deal with the past customer to get this resolved vsresponding to the Revdex.com complaint
