Review: I purchased a music system in August 2013. Two months later (October 19) I returned with an issue with the amp. They said they couldn't give me a loaner but they'd have it fixed by that Monday. I never heard from them so I called to see what was going on and they told me that they had to send it in to get fixed and it usually took up to two weeks to be shipped back. Two weeks pass and I still did not hear anything back. Since then, I have called and stopped by the shop with no luck in contacting anyone.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund for the amount I paid for the amp which was $125.00.
