They gave me a reduced price, said it would last seven days and it would be sent to my email? Went to get my credit card to pay and nothing! Everything disappeared and this is after I put in my social! A waste of time! Nothing else to say but I'll never ever shop there again or shop with Affirm finance!

I am rejecting this response because: Whe I talk to the owner he game a different prices besides that I took my truck somewhere else because my truck I need my truck safe pro audio lie to me the son gave me one price the owner other price and tha make me think they scaming people The new shop has to instal a new alarm because the one tha pro audio instal was not rigth they found a lot of wires they shiw me everything it was a messWhat I can do is gave to pro audio they alarm back and get my money back that all what I wantIf they want I van get an statement how the new shop found the installation on my truck

The complaint was submitted to us on 4/24/in unfair, and the reason is the customer came to Pro Audio while we were doing the service to the vehicle and we showed her the vehicle to see how we could help her, and when we went to the car the radio was out of the dash and the wires were a mess
Next, we explained specifically that we should do a reinstall of the radio to check what is happening in the radioAfter the install had been finished everything was clean and the radio was back in the dash, and we told her that the two front speakers are bad, and the AM/FM radio antenna has something wrong with itThe customer said thank you, and left after thatAfter a couple of days, they called back and said the steering wheel controls are not working, so we told her to come back so we can check it againWhen she came back we checked everything and took the radio back out, and showed the customer what was happening behind the radio and showed her why the steering wheel controls were no working which was because of the modular that was badThe customer was very kind and understood what we were telling her, and leftBy the way she told us she was unhappy with the first install and the radio was not working from when the radio was installed in her car.Note:- Her husband he called us and was complaining about the stuff not working, which was already not working before we worked on the carWe explained the whole situation to him, same as we told his wife, and he requested to bring the car back to the shop to be checked again and we told him there is nothing else that could be done to the radio.if to solve this situation with the customer has to be done by giving them a full refund that we will do that

including the taxes). Customer agreed and store performed diagnostic and informed about the results of the diagnostic. Her alarm and the sound system was completely bad and she needs a door module as well. Customer ordered to install the basic alarm and for the door module and door speakers she will come back on 24th Nov. Before 24th she went to the private dealer. We have doubt that dealer performed services on the customer's truck regarding alarm and the sound system. customer told us that she went to the dealer where from she purchased the truck. Customer also told that she got money back from the same dealer. Customer is trying to make from our store as well. We are willing to work with customer and install everything according to the contract. We already spent 4 hours on customer's car and we also purchased parts. I am rejecting this response because: First of all, Pro Audio never told me that they charge $80 per hour, they told me they were going to charge me $70 just to check my truck.. They gave me the choice of buying three alarms, $299, $499, and $399, obviously I picked the $299, as its the cheapest.I told you I went to the dealer and they never gave me $300 back for the alarm, they put credit on my payment, $20, because they thought the alarm worked, but I never actually received the money, it went toward my credit. I’m not trying to take away money from them, all I want is my money back, what I had given them, nothing more, nothing less.Since they never explained to me about their hourly rate or the labor rate, it’s not my fault that now they are saying they charge hourly, even though they had only told me about the price of the alarm. Now they are saying the alarm costs $65, they can keep the $65, but I want the $320 back, including the $100 deposit, plus my old remote, and my harness for the remote.If you would like some proof, I can show you that I took my truck to another establishment, with better customer service, and better quality products.I just don’t want lies, and if you want we can meet with the Revdex.com/Pro Audio/and Me as a customer, because I feel that Pro Audio is lying to me, in order to keep my money from me.

If customer wants her money back then we can give her money back after the deduction of Labor and the price for the alarm since no store has a refund policy on Labor alarm is useless for store.
