After some time they decided they did not like the amount of noise the spa madeThey had a manufacturers repcome out and agree to replace the spa tub with a regular tub (even thought there was no problem with the spa tub) to satisfy themWe quoted them for the labor and materials needed to replace the tub since it was not our fault they did not like the original tubThey were not happy with this offer so in good faith to keep them happy we discounted the quote to It is not our intent to have an unsatisfied customerWe feel this is more than fairSincerely Dennis W

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Please be aware that the shower curtain is always properly in place. 
The curtain is curved around the tub during a shower so that water can
not escape.  During a shower water hits the walls and runs down to the
top or horizontal surface of the tub.  Because the tub is not level the
water runs across the horizontal surface, behind the properly placed
curtain and on to the floor. When examining the photos that have been
submitted it is obvious that the tub is not level.  LEVELS DO NOT LIE. 
We would hope that F&D would realize the error of their thinking and
rectify the situation. Thank you. We are curious as to how F&D would level the tub without removing it or damaging the walls. Regards, [redacted] & [redacted]

[redacted] tub has no shower door to keep water from escaping. They have only a shower curtain which is what they requested. This requires more dilagence at keeping an eye on any water that may escape and drying with a towel. We are not insinuating they do not keep a clean house all we are saying is extra attention is required for showers with only a shower curtain to contain water. We
are willing to repair the issue with the tub and leveling it at no
charge. The customer's main issue is that they are unhappy with the tub.
To replace the tub is a much different situation which will require
workers for 2-3 days and additional materials. To replace the tub will
cost $2,500, but we will level at no charge the existing tub. sincerely Dennis W.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Revdex.com spoke to consumer and the following was relayed: The business did address all my concerns. This was done on Friday, June 3rd, not on the date complaint was filed. The issues were related to their work. At this point, the complaint has been resolved.

In response to this complaint, the above named customer contracted F & D Construction  to remove siding and reinstall new siding to her home at 1541 [redacted] Road in [redacted], NY. Throughout the project, several extras
were incurred which caused an increase in the contract price. The...

customer agreed, was satisfied and paid the bill. In November, the customer called us back to trim window sills which we did with her satisfaction. Since then the customer has called F & D
on a few occasions to correct some issues on the home. While F & D felt responsible for issues concerning the
siding, the issues concerning the soffits & fascia were pre-existing and we were not under contract to correct. However, on June 3, 2016 F & D sent out a crew to resolve any remaining issues the customer had; and after a phone conversation  with the customer on Monday, June 6, 2016, it was determined that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
