I, ***, am writting this email as a response to the complaint that was filed against my business Pro Best NailsOn June 11th, 2015, *** *** had an appointment with me, Annie for a pedicureOn that day, my children were being
discharged from a ten day hospital stay due to a car accidentTherefore, I had to leave to pick up my childrenWhen *** arrived at the nail salon we refered her to another technician to perform the pedicure on ***However, *** did not like the pedicureI told her to come back and I would personally redo it free of charge*** did not come back or call, and I have not spoken to her sinceWe tried to keep the customer happy, our customers are always firstThis is why we offered to redo it free of chargeWe did the best that we could to resolve the problem, but *** didn't come backWe would be more than happy to redo it free of charge

I wish I could just as easily dismiss ***'s response as easily as she did mineHad she expressed deep remorse for her ill treatment and apologized to me, perhaps I would be more than willing to take advantage of her offerHowever, I do not accept her response as it is laced with liesIt would be pretty easy for me to break down her entire message word for word and expose her but to what result? The fact is that she doesn't handle stress like a professional, she verbally assaulted me and she has the audacity to claim that her customers come first? I have been a loyal customer because she's good, if I wanted to attack her I would have done so by lying about her work, but in fact my criticism is about her work ethicThere are plenty of equally skilled people out there in her field, and I will find one who doesn't insult me and in turn defends herself with blatant liesI have tolerated her too long and I will no longerPlease see that this complaint remains in her file and I would like to seek a complete refund for the services that were POORLY renderedI do not feel comfortable around this obviously toxic environment and only seek restitution(dollars) If she fails to compensate me for my loss, I will take this matter to court and I will seek emotional compensation as wellThank you for your attention to this matter
