I truly want to offer my sincere apology for my last email. After reading it, I can see how it may have had a negative impact on you. Truthfully, it was rather unprofessional of me and I own up to it. I should not have responded in the midst of emotional overwhelm.

For the sake of peace, a full refund ($77) for your last 3 orders have been granted. I am not expecting anything in return, I just really want this disagreeable exchange to end so we can both continue on with our week & lives. I'll take this as a loss but a gain (professional lesson).
