The screen was still lifting and the damages from me dropping my phone were far more extensive because the screen was liftingYou should have still fixed the lifted screen because that had nothing to do with the phone being dropped

I cannot provide a refund for a service that has already been rendered. If the screen was having problems, please bring the phone back so we can install a different screen. This is the reason that we include a warranty for the repair.

I have checked the Invoice and I do see that you brought us back the phone, unfortunately you had already dropped you phone and cracked the screen. We have a 30 day warranty limited to rework on same failure only, any fiscal damages void the warranty. We can offer you a...

I did that and they refuse to give me a refund. They told me I had cracked the screen and they refuse to do anything about I. I took it to Apple and they said it was the fault of Pro Camera. If they will not refund my $80, I will take the next step to the news media with a couple of other dissatisfied customers.

After reading your complaint it is very apparent that there was a misunderstanding. Our intentions were never to hold your equipment hostage, we had to disassemble the unit to provide you with an accurate estimate. Unfortunately our technicians do not work on the weekend which...

is why we did not have the unit ready for you to pick up until today. I apologize for the estimate process taking longer than you expected. We never intended to return the camera to you unrepaired, we simply need more time to reassemble it for you. I do see that you did pick the re-assembled unit up today though. Let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything else I can help you with.
