Our intentions were never to hold your equipment hostage, we had to disassemble the unit to provide you with an accurate estimate. Unfortunately our technicians do not work on the weekend which... is why we did not have the unit ready for you to pick up until today. I apologize for the estimate process taking longer than you expected. We never intended to return the camera to you unrepaired, we simply need more time to reassemble it for you. Hello [redacted] , I have checked the Invoice and I do see that you brought us back the phone, unfortunately you had already dropped you phone and cracked the screenWe have a day warranty limited to rework on same failure only, any fiscal damages void the warrantyWe can offer you a replacement at a discounted price of $Please let me know if you have any other questions
