I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have proof from my son who was with me during the month of March when we could not get into the storage unit and he handed him a shovel I will attach a statement from him alsoThat is an out right lie about the contract and I chose to pay $who in their right mind would do thatI would go in and pay him and he overcharged meHe also told me he wouldn't charge late feesHe personally accepted some of my paymentsI do not owe them any moneyThe owner is strange and was weird the way he treated me and my son also witnessed that; therefore, I could not go to the storage place aloneThis woman appeared the last month when I made a payment who I have no idea who she is but told me she has no idea about weather in Cleveland because she is from California when I told her we do not owe for MarchPoor businessWe received a letter from them after the lock has been gone and the stuff has been out of there that's how they do not pay attention to their businessThey told me in letter I would not be able to get in to remove my stuff from storageThey were there when we were doing thisThe entire experience was upsetting and they should be ashamed of themselves

I am writing in response to the complaint filed by my customer, *** *** on 7/1/She moved into All Store Inn on November 14, and has only paid for months out of monthsIn addition, every payment was late and yet she was never paid a late feeThis is clearly a
money based issue and not a customer service issueBelow please find addressed each of the issues she has brought to your attention:
Regarding the accessibility of the unit: The gate is open during business hours and I am available 24/to instruct the customer as to how to get into their unit
Regarding the condition of the unit door: The door opens very easily and has been opened by a variety of people since this complaint with no issue at all
Regarding the snow: I do not shovel at the doors unless asked and was always available to help if anyone askedThe majority of the units are not visited in the winterShe asked for a shovel and l was under the impression he wanted to do it himselfShe did not say she needed help she had a young man with herIf he or she would have asked for assistance, I would have done it immediatelyThe clearing was at the door only to open the doorAbout a foot deepA five minute job
The contract was for $84.00, she chose to pay $and I applied the extra money to late charges and missed payments
With the payments being late every month I could have auctioned her unit off per contract but did not
Rules of the signed contract that she did not follow are:
Rent paid by the 1st of each month
No late payments made
day vacancy notice on vacating if she has vacated
She also still owes $and has been sent a billShe has not sent in a notice to vacate the unit as yet so she is still responsible for rent as per contract
I did more than my part by the contract and was more than lenient and willing to work with her regarding her many late and missed paymentsMost storage businesses would not put up with what I have for ValarieNow a complaint with Revdex.com to add to it?
In addition, since I began this business in 1987, I have never had one complaint issued with Revdex.com

I am writing in response to the complaint filed by my customer, [redacted] on 7/1/2015. She moved into All Store Inn on November 14, 2014 and has only paid for 6 months out of 9 months. In addition, every payment was late and yet she was never paid a late fee. This is...

clearly a money based issue and  not a customer service issue. Below please find addressed each of the issues she has brought to your attention:
1. Regarding the accessibility of the unit: The gate is open during business hours and I am available 24/7 to instruct the customer as to how to get into their unit.

She asked for a shovel and l was under the impression he wanted to do it himself. She did not say she needed help she had a young man with her. If he or she would have asked for assistance, I would have done it immediately. The clearing was at the door only to open the door. About a foot deep. A five minute job.
4. The contract was for $84.00, she chose to pay $88 and I applied the extra money to late charges and missed payments
5. With the payments being late every month I could have auctioned her unit off per contract but did not.
Rules of the signed contract that she did not follow are:
1. Rent paid by the 1st of each month
2. No late payments made
3. 10 day vacancy notice on vacating if she has vacated
She also still owes $363.60 and has been sent a bill. She has not sent in a notice to vacate the unit as yet so she is still responsible for rent as per contract.
I did more than my part by the contract and was more than lenient and willing to work with her regarding her many late and missed payments. Most storage businesses would not put up with what I have for Valarie. Now a complaint with Revdex.com to add to it?
In addition, since I began this business in 1987, I have never had one complaint issued with Revdex.com.
