Review: I brought my 2004 infiniti in because of an electrical no start problem and they had my car for 10 days with no call or authoration for the work done but this was not the main issue when I started the car I noticed a clicking noise that I never had before they repaired my car so I brought it to their attention and he said it was normal for the cold weather then he put stp oil treatment in my car to quiet the sound well that night my engine blew up . I went back to them to tell them and they said it was my fault and he declined to fix what he caused . this clicking noise was very loud and it was never mentioned to me either verbally or on my written bill but he said thats why they changed the oil and I sad no you called me and said the oil was dirty he then brought the mechanic up that worked on the carand said tell him why we changed the oil and he answered because it was dirty he then proceeded to deny putting stp oil treatment into my car he told me I put it in this whole thing stinks from the time it took for the repair to them releasing my car with a noise and not writting it in the bill or saying anything to me I now have no car to drive all I want is for them to replace the engine they broke my guess is it was started without oil by mistake and the reason they had the car for so long was to try and cover it upDesired Settlement: I want them to replace my engine

The car was towed to our repair facility not running without the owner present. The engine was worked on by someone prior to it coming to our shop. A phone authorization was given over the phone. The car had an electrical problem that caused a computer not to communicate and the no start problem. The customer stopped by and saw his burned fuse harness, and authorized the starter The car had an underlying problem of starter, after the harness and fuse holder was fixed. The starter was replaced. When the car started it was noisy and was low on oil and the oil was dirty The customer was notified and authorized the oil & filter replacement. Car was ready for pickup next day. The customer could not pick up his car when it was done, so he picked up the car the following Friday. The customer came back in the following Saturday wanting me to listen to a sound and install some clips. The oil was full, there were no leaks and the oil was already dirty, showed the customer. There was a slight noise at start up and quieted down after running a few seconds. I gave the customer a courtesy medium bottle of STP and helped in put it in. I got a nasty phone message on Sunday. I got a very nasty visit with a demand for my insurance co. info and physically threatened We still don't know what exactly happened to the car! There was evidence of poor or no scheduled maintenance, prior to the car coming to our shop someone had worked on the engine, poor or non-professional repairs on the car and possible flooding or submersion.
