Review: I purchased 10 personal training sessions for $870 on November **, 2013 and was promised consistent sessions, twice a week. However, it is now March **, 2013 and I have only used six sessions because the trainer canceled so often and then disappeared or continuously kept canceling (usually with only one hour notice). Because of his unprofessionalism, I demanded a refund. He stated that he didn't "do" refunds and only did "transfers" of sessions. I do not know any one else that trains with him nor would I recommend someone so unprofessional to anyone. Thus, I seek to be refunded for my remaining sessions, as I have given him a chance to iron out his scheduling kinks, only to be canceled on (not surprisingly) four more times in a row. I paid him upfront for training sessions and then he would suddenly disappear for pockets of time without notice or contact.Desired Settlement: I purchased this pricey product on the good faith that they would be consistent and therefore beneficial, however, I was given inconsistency and not what I was promised. I request a refund of the remaining for sessions (a total of $348).

Review: I bought a personal training sessions (20 session package) from ProCt ([redacted]) on April, 2013. After 4 sessions, my trainer kept on postponing training appointments, with few instance wherein he never turned up on scheduled session. When I didn't hear back from him, I did ask him for a refund to which he agreed to but I never got any payment as ye** I have all email from him wherein, he accepted to refund the amount, which never happened. I still see him very active on Groupon deals.Desired Settlement: I would like to have full refund of amount I paid for training which is $ 1,640. Its been a year and I haven't heard back from him yet. I have already wasted time on calling him and following up with him for training sessions and payment refund.
