Review: Class action lawsuit against Pro City Mortgage in Roseville.

I'm kind of late to the game but I just found out about the fraud committed by this mortgage company to which I am a victim. What is the status and/or result of the lawsuit. I see they are no longer in business. What can I do if anything to try to recoup my losses?

Thank youDesired Settlement: I am seeking the fee I paid to have them do a loan modification for me. The refund I am seeking is $3990. I have a copy of the check written to this company in 2009.
