Pro-city *** R*** robbed/theft has used Fake ID/Website of moving company run away with foot truck with all of my house hold belonging $10,
On Saturday Oct 30th-*** R*** owner of Pro City used Fraud ID/website/Fake Business Address for advertisement,contacted me to move my household items,Picked the goods from the storage location in Tampa Florida and delivered Just few items which were dropped and broken completely while loading in the truck
He Insisted only on cash payment before I stepped out to buy some water for the movers.He left the premises with 80% household items remaining in his truck,stole my cheauqe leaf fraudulently en cashed using thumb print,stole my purse from the open apt while moving, tried online U HAUL rentals with my identificationHe is not reachable on any given number and the address on his website is Mobile Home.He has several reviews now listed on Yelp that similar Fraud activity has been done by him in the past

This is a world class moving operationThey scheduled my move last minute and had a team of eager movers at my door the very next morningAll and all the movers were fast, careful and very friendly/personableYou won't go wrong if you hire them!

We were overall happy with this company when we hired them for our moveWhen booking with them we spoke with one of their representatives regarding their online reviews of "no shows"They explained that this was right around the holiday rush season, and as a fairly new company at the time they had more jobs than moversThey explained that due to this rapid growth, they have since hired teams of additional movers and no-shows are a thing of the pastThe movers that handled our move were fantastic and my husband and I tipped them very well for a job well done

This company doesn't deserve to do business in Tampa
I set my move up with the owner of the company and they even emailed me a confirmation for 10:a.mSaturday
10:a.mSaturday comes and no truck No call to give us a heads up they might be running late Nothing I wait an hour and decide to call Right to voicemail Every call right to voicemail I was in disbelief What company that cares anything about customer service or word of mouth would do this and expect to stay in business
So around noon, I realized they basically blew us out probably for a bigger better deal somewhere else in town
If you hire "Pro" City Moving, keep in mind they have no regard for your life, your schedule and the fact that moving is stressful enough as it is, they will leave you high and dry without care or concern
My wife has has a serious health isssue and had to leave for houston for treatment on Monday so we HAD to move on Saturday! This wasn't a soft date for us, ok
I ended up having to find another, more professional company to get the job done
That company is Pack-n-go I told them what happened, and after already moving someone from Sarasota to Oldsmar, they showed up with more guys than I even requested and banged out our move in less than hours

This Pro City Moving company is fantasticThey were professional, efficient, friendly and very customer focusedA representative at their office provided me a quote for my move in the morning, and to my amazement they were able to do my move that afternoon A quote and move done all in the same day! The movers who came out were clearly experienced as they were very thorough and careful If you need a move done fast and effectively in the Tampa area then do yourself a HUGE favor and call these guys! Thanks again for the great service!
