Took my brand new car in when I went out to my car there was damage video of my car pulling in showed that there was no damage when my car pulled in
On December 2nd 2019 I took my car but I bought November 30th 2019 brand new off the showroom floor December 1st it had snowed outside so I didn't drive my car, on December 2nd it was nice enough to drive my car a little wet so I took my car to work from work I decided to go to the car wash to get any salt cleaned away, when they showed me my video it looks like maybe there was Lent I want to wipe it away and it was a scratch I asked what happened they went and got a manager the manager said that something must have hit my car it took me a paper about 20 minutes into the back room and showed me a video of my car coming in we could see that there is no damage he said that the reason why my car look like there was no damage on it when I pulled in is because my car was brand new makes absolutely no sense walk me through saying that it's a touchless soft Car Wash yada yada I called the police the police officer said that she could clearly see that it wasn't because somebody hit my car it was because somebody was pushing down on the silver part of my car and caused a pressure crack

Desired Outcome

I would like them to be held responsible for my car the video shows no damages when I hand them the keys to my car

I dropped my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder off on 3/30/2018 to get it detailed. Originally I wanted the $90 special but was talked into the $150 (135.99 after a military discount) detail service (my car was really dirty). I was told 2 hours. About 2.5 hours later I was told it was ready. I did a quick look and everything seemed to be done. It wasn't sparkling but in all honesty my car was filthy when I dropped it off, it would have taken a miracle for it to be spotless. I started driving and made a left turn out of the parking lot and that is when I saw it. There were numerous nicks in my front driver and passenger *** after-market tinted windows. I quickly turned around and got the attention of the gentleman that showed me my car. He said he didn't know what could have caused that but it could have been debris in the cloths. He would have the store manager call me. The store manager, Justin, called me on 4/2/2018 and asked if I could bring it down. I brought it to him that evening. He said that in his 10 years of experience he has never seen nicks being caused in tinted windows by their services. It was obvious he didn't believe me even though I returned within 2 minutes of leaving the parking lot. He needed to contact the district manager, ***. On 4/4/2018, *** called back and said that after talking to *** and sending him the pictures that there is no way that his company caused the nicks in my tinted windows. He reiterated that in his 10 years and ***'s 20 years that nothing like this has ever happened. I asked that *** personally call me. I was told he would. I haven't heard anything.
Product_Or_Service: Automotive Detail

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like the $135.99 (we had a military discount) refund for the detail job they did. This would pay for the cost of removing and replacing the cost of the tinted windows.

After taking with the regional manager they did pay for the repair and replacement of my tint. I am pleased with the outcome.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I took my car there for a wash and they damaged it. We were at the Walmart right across the street from there and put our belongings in the trunk for them to clean the inside of the car. When we were done we left there and went to our home that was less than a mile away from the car wash. The rear reflector of the car was cracked and had a piece missing. We took it right back to Waterpark and they said they would look at the surveillance cameras and see if they damaged it. We explained to them it was not there when we brought the car to them and if it was broken there would be water behind the cracked lens. There was no water. Then they tried to tell us that it must have happened in the less than a mile drive back to our home. The manager said that they didn't do the damage to my car but had already looked up the price of a replacement. Why would you do that unless you knew you broke it? Now I am out over 500.00 dollars to get it fixed. Very shady company. If you want a good car wash go anywhere else but here. Pay for your employees mistakes *** and ***!!!

We have been in business for over 20 years...not a "shady" company. Please tell the facts...we always identify costs associated with any claim. We have invited them to watch the extensive video coverage and show us WHERE they believe we damaged it. There could
be any number of reasons for the cracked lens cover.

Went in and watched the video they provided. There were some areas where the car was not seen in the video. Asked for a copy of the video and the only thing on it was the 1st part of the wash. The 2nd part they said they would not provide would not play. Probably due to the fact the back of the disc was all scratched up. Tried to negotiate with them on purchasing me the replacement part at a discounted rate and I would have it installed They would not even meet me half way.

After having my car vacuumed/washed, I discovered there was damages on the interior. The manager denied responsibility and wouldn't remedy.
At 10AM this morning I paid for my car to be vacuumed/washed at this full-service car wash. After departing and going across town, I noticed the outlet plate/cover from the back of the center counsel was missing and my phone charger was laying on the rear floorboard. I immediately returned to the business and asked to speak with the manager. I showed him the exposed outlet and that the plate/cover was missing. He said he himself vacuumed the car and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. He then asked where the charger came from. I told him that's where it was laying when I noticed the problem, and that it had been plugged in to this outlet with the cord draped around to the front driver's seat. He immediately said that his company was in the clear and we could watch the video inside. I agreed to this to appease him, knowing we wouldn't see anything on video as this is internal damage not external. When we didn't see anything on the video, I asked him what could be done about this damage. He again re-iterated his company was not at fault. He then suggested that my kids had likely broken it and I simply hadn't noticed because my car was so dirty. I again stated the charger was plugged in when I arrived. He told me I could a) buy a replacement product and install myself (he even looked up on his phone the cost of the part and how to install it), or b) I could get an estimate from a Ford dealership and take him to small claims court, BUT the burden of proof would be on me to prove his company was at fault. I re-iterated that it wasn't broken when I arrived and now it was. He then went to double check the garbage, came back and said there was nothing in the garbage, and sat back down with no offers for resolution. So I looked at him and asked if I was essentially out of luck because it would cost more to take him to court than to buy the part outright. He shrugged his shoulders and then turned his attention to an employee that had walked into his office. I sat waiting for him to address me again, but after a few minutes with no acknowledgement I realized the conversation was over so I left.

Desired Outcome

I want the business to refund what I paid for the autowash as well as pay for the item to be replaced at an actual Ford dealership.
