A manager from Select Pest Control dropped off the warranty information, after the complaint was filed Select Pest Control has tried to contact the customer many times and has left numerous messages, to make sure that the customer received everything that she needed Another call was placed today at 5PM today, to follow up with the customer Select Pest Control has not yet received a response However, Select Pest Control will send another copy of the warranty information out today Also, a manager from Select Pest Control can go out again and drop off another copy of the warranty information Select Pest Control can come out whenever it is convenient to the customer Thank you for your time, and we hope to get this resolved as quickly as possible

Excellent service and great job cleaning our carpetsWe believe our carpets dried faster with this method of cleaning than with other cleaning methods Will defiantly use this company again and highly recommend this service

Select Pest Control’s main goal is make sure that all of their customers are 100% satisfied Attached, is the new termite renewal letter, that we believe may eliminate any confusion that the old renewal letter may have caused

We have contacted *** *** *** to let him know that the second letter he is receiving is not an invoice but only a notice (reminder) to let him know that his service will be coming up soonWe also gave *** *** another year free Renewal service for any trouble

I am rejecting this response again for the same reasonsYour response essentially says that you will be continuing the confusing practice of mailing "reminders" to customers"Reminders" are not necessary and they deceive customers at the same timeThese "reminders", again, say that your annual guarantee is "DUE"When a customer receives a document that says "DUE", they send a checkPlease discontinue the "reminders" and only mail invoices, with dates of mailing and dates of coverage. For example, an insurance company mails an invoice that says coverage is from Jun 2017-Jun 2018. This leaves no room for misunderstanding a bill.

Select Pest Control has followed up with this customer Select Pest Control has a follow up inspection scheduled, to make sure that everything was done correctly Select Pest Control went over what the treatment involved, as well as what chemicals were used with the customer
Customer was happy with response and this issue has been resolved

Having said that, I would like the company to send me this new document showing our house not being due for payment again until November 2019. Select had previously offered to cover the next year at no cost to us. That would extend until Nov 2018. However,giving consideration for the time I have had to spend tracking my old documents and addressing unsatisfactory attempts for the company to resolve this issue, I don't think Nov 2019 is too much too ask. I will accept and close this complaint when I receive an invoice in this new format reflecting this. Thank you.
