Ken was professional, pleasant, and did an exceptional job. I keep looking at this old carpet because I can't believe it could have ever looked this clean and beautiful. No one ever came close.

I'm really impressed with Ken from Pro-Cleaners and the fine quality work he did yesterday. He was prompt and professional, checked the material on every piece of furniture I was asking him to clean, and he talked to me about the pieces' history to make sure that he was treating the material in a way that wouldn't damage it. He was upfront about the pricing, and there were no "surprise" costs, which sometimes happens with other vendors. I feel like we really got our money's worth since he did such a meticulous job on everything.

Ken did a fantastic job with our carpet cleaning. He was prompt and honest. We thought that we won’t be able to remove stains from few spots in the carpet, but Ken was able to remove those tough stains as well. We will use his service again in the future.

We had a stubborn set of stains in our upstairs carpet. We called Ken on a Thursday evening and he had his truck there promptly at 9:00 the next morning. He did a tremendous job, was quick, professional, and extremely responsive. He has a fan in us!

So to start off when I priced other carpet cleaners in my area they seemed to have a lot of hidden costs and when I started adding it up the price was just totally off the charts. Pro-Cleaners was very clear and up front about the pricing. They did great work, the price was fair and I trusted Pro-Cleaners to be in my home. I very much appreciated this service and I will use them again and keep recommending them to other people!
