Pro Coat Asphalt Seal & Coating Reviews (3)

Review: Procoat agreed to trim back over grown grass to ensure that all asphalt is sealed, remove dirt and debris from cracks and asphalt surface, apply prep seal oil spot primer to oil stains, and backfill deep cracks. Procoat employees used a power blower to clean edges of drive. This was ineffective in cleaning the edges and surfaces, and most of the debris was blown on the front step, onto the path leading to backyard, and onto sidewalk. Some of the debris was then sealed to the driveway. Oil stained car port was not pretreated with seal oil spot primer. Deep cracks were not back filled as evidenced by the cracks already showing depressions. Edges of the driveway were not sealed. Long strips of grass were coated and killed along driveway. Several attempts were made to settle this and procoat refuses to return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like the mess they left cleaned up. I want the cracks filled properly and the driveway sealed to the edges. I would like a partial refund for the non treatment of oil stains, the killing of the lawn, and cleaning of the sealant off the front step and side of garage. And, I would like an apology.

Response:

No, I have not heard back from the company.

No, I am not

satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter. They have

made no effort to contact me or resolve this matter. I have tried

calling them with no response.

If the company complains about a trip charge, they did the neighbors driveway, too.

Thank you for your time and please let me know if you have any success with this company.

Sincerely,

Review: I hired this firm to repair cracks in my tennis court. They came out to my home where my court is in June, 2014 and filled in the cracks very poorly and without matching the green color to the court. The cracks were still present after they came out to make the repair. I called the owner who said that they would come back out and complete the project, which they did. The cracks were still very poor and not smooth. This is a tennis court and not a highway. I repeatedly asked the owner to come back out and complete the project properly. He was rude, swore at me and threatened me if I did not pay the fee he charged. I paid it. I have pictures of the court from this summer as well as a video.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to come back out in the spring and fill in the cracks properly, smooth them over and match the color of the court. If you see this court, you would not believe it. Thank you.

Review: I have two separate contracts signed with Pro-Enterprises-1 for my mosquito control & 1 for my lawn maintenance. Since Apr., my lawn services were overlooked and I had to call in and/or email to ask when my lawn was to be serviced. One specific time, on Apr. 28, 2013-a woman named [redacted] emailed me saying that my broadleaf control had been overlooked and that she would put me on the schedule for the next day, apologizing. This was the only time this company contacted me to let me know of a mistake-the rest of the time I was the one finding mistakes and having to follow up and keep tabs on my lawn maintenance company-something I certainly did not have to expect to do when signing a contract. My first application for mosquito control was early June-and it did absolutely nothing. I was not home at the time it was done, so I could not witness how little/much time was spent on my yard and if was even sprayed appropriately. All I do know is that it did absolutely nothing and I complained about it, which was told I would get a courtesy respray(weather may have affected the treatment). I was home for the re-spray, the tech was only here at my address less than 10 minutes, and most of that time was spent unwinding the hose from the truck to my back deck and placing a sign up in the front yard (of which,I'm not certain why I had a sign placed there, when the yard was ultimately not even sprayed?). He sprayed for a maximum of 2 minutes on my deck and headed back to his truck. I contacted them the next business day explaining this, and was told by the owner via email stating that he told his tech to stop spraying and that he would contact me due to "quite a bit of construction". He never contacted me and I had to contact him. He claimed it was my fault due to putting in stairs through my retaining wall (a one-day small company project with no interference with anything in my yard but my driveway, which obviously was not sprayed) that he services did not work. I asked for him to contact me yesterday, no diceDesired Settlement: Pro-Enterprises to IMMEDIATELY void/cancel BOTH of my service contracts with no early termination fee as the contracts were breached by the service company. In addition, $93.98 Pro-Squito refund, as already requested with no response. Due to the nature/urgency of the services, I had to find another company to take care of my needs since a response was not given to my request for contract cancellation and full Pro-Squito refund. Very unprofessional, & quick to find customer wrongly at fault.

Response:

Please

see the message below sent from the company that I currently have an

open complaint right now (ID [redacted]), requesting to have ALL contracts

(including the lawn care applications) terminated last week.
