Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I contacted [redacted] about a refurbished computer I told him I wanted a window just like the one on my laptop He said he could furnish me one and we settled on a price $ He said nothing about me contacting microsoft at that time Only after I called him to complain to him, did he say I would have to settle my dispute with microsoft I think he misled me

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This guy has mental problemsMy email is [redacted] for ***, and [redacted] for [redacted] lol Second crazy man, I do NOT have a face book account never have and don't plan on having one.The only times I came into this sham of a business was to conduct our business, my boys were with me because I had just picked them up from school, both of my boys were nothing but polite and courteous to youYour accusations about them is below human to attack kids, you are truly patheticI have all of our correspondences on digital recording, I carry it with me for personal notesMy machine was not dirty, I took it into you to get a diagnosis not a cleaningYour extreme lack o knowledge was my first red flagMy unit was in working condition, was able to record fine, my problem with it was that I could not get recordings off onto a memory stickYou diagnosed it as a bad hard drive, never mentioning the dirty condition of the unitI gave you the unit and the power pack, You put in a hard drive that was NOT for a security DVRYou had Zero knowledge on how to format the unit, asking is it Jpeg or NTFS? when it runs LinuxWhen I got my unit back the first time you told me that "my power pack had been misplaced or it had gotten stolen" and that the new hard drive needed more power so you made a power pack, that went out in hours, When I went back to you, you made another power pack, I noticed at that time what ever you did to my unit it was now NOT RECORDING, when it was when I first gave it to youThe second power pack as well as the first was rated at amp when on the side of my unit it clearly states Amp again showing your extreme lack of any knowledgeWhen I pointed this out to you, you gave me a third power pack telling me that " you found my power pack, that it had fallen in between some boxesYou wrote this note and signed it NOT me, regardless it states " as long as toe power pack is good everything is good." This power pack would not even plug in, the plug was too big, so it was obviously NOT my plug I had to order another original plug from EZ WatchI gave you my system to retrieve, it was working (recording ) fine now it is NOT, you do not posses the knowledge to work on this kind of equipment and you damaged my unit at this time it no longer records and it has not recorded since you took it and experimented on it trying to figure out how to work on it and instead you burnt it up, making it so it will not record any longerWe will be seeing you in small claims court! You are the worst kind of Christian, a total HYPOCRITE that LIES and is a THIEF! Taking advantage of senior citizens, working on equipment that you have ZERO knowledge of, you are a SCAMMER, LAIR, and a THIEF! You should be ashamed of your self and the way you run a businessI look forward to getting a protest permit and walking up and down the sidewalk during your business hours!!!! at this time you owe me my cord and a working unit!!!!! or at least my unit in the working order it was when I brought it to you

This company will not stand behind their work and will try to charge you over-and-again even if you are still trying to resolve the initial issue After spending $with this company, I still don't have my original issue resolved and had to seek assistance from another company After my laptop had a disk error, I called this company to see if they did disk repair/data recovery I wanted to save the data, documents and photos/videos that were on the laptop The lady who works in the Cumming location said that in most cases, issues like the one I described can be resolved with a Level I Data Recovery which would be about $ So I took my laptop in and dropped it off that day She did not tell me on the phone that I had to pay a $diagnosis fee in advance, but since it would be credited toward the final bill, I paid the $fee and left my laptop A few days later, I received a call saying they would have to do a Level II Data Recovery insteadCost would be $so s

This company charged me $to replace my I-Phone screen due to it peeling upI asked to first be called upon determining the cost of repairs to decide if it was worth itI paid a diagnosis fee and three weeks later was told the repairs had been made and to come pick it upTwo months later the screen started peeling up againWhen I went back to the shop I was told it was past the day labor warranty and I would have to pay additional repair costsWhen I declined, the manager told me to leave or he would call the police! I decided to wait for the police so I could retain a copy of the report to expose this placeThe police officers suggested I contact the Revdex.com and or take him to small claims courtI then took the phone to an Apple store and they confirmed none of the parts were replaced but rather the original screen was GLUED back together

This ordeal has been a scam by a self admitting "conman" as it states publicly in his gmail email account! After attacking me personally on my personal Facebook account with absolute VULGAR LANGUAGE and several complaints filed with Facebook the language was removed.I have the signed paper by him accepting both our agreement of this jobs settlement! and several AC Adapters that fit his machineI also have refunded all his money spent less the bucks charged to clean his extremely dirty home alarm systemI also have several witnesses that will testify to his coming in multiple times simply to harass and disrupt my business with his boys. I have ran my Christian business as such for going on years with complaints from scammersI will stand on my track record and move on hereI have done work for dozens of businesses including city, county, law enforcement, Veterans and much more over the yearsAll this guy could do was praise his High School boys yet he goes on Facebook and uses absolute disgusting language and accusations over a buck AC Adapter he claims he brought in?
