We repaired the device for Mrs [redacted] and refunded her money and she still was not happy, we did everything we could to take care of here and she still was unhappyWe have now made a change to some of our policies to insure that this kind of issue never happens againThank You

I was finally able to pick my device up yesterdayPro Console Repair claimed that it was fixed, but it is notIt is still having the exact same problemThankfully, they refunded my money so I can take my device to an honest business that will actually repair it as promised As for this business, my experience could not have been much worseThey took days to fail to repair a device that they quoted me three days onWhen I went to pick up my device they guy was rude and didn't even bother to apologize for putting me through this terrible experienceThroughout this process, they have continually lied and told me my device would be ready in just a few days, and it never wasThey ONLY took the time to call me to update me on my device after I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com, and unfortunately even then, they were still very rudePro Console Repair even told me (in all seriousness) that they should not have to call me, and that it was my job to call them to ensure they were doing the repair work I had paid them forThey were "too busy" to be able to call me With a business model like this, it is not surprising that I experienced so many problemsWhile I am still EXTREMELY displeased with this business, there is nothing further they can do at this point to try to reconcile things, so I am comfortable resolving this issueYou can put lipstick on a pig, but it still stinksI am unfortunately in a position where I feel compelled to give them a negative review on every media outlet I can accessThis company clearly does not value their customers and has some real issues with honesty and time managementUnless they are able to make some drastic improvements, I have a feeling they won't be around for longI hope that the Revdex.com will warn other people not to waste their time or money with such a terrible companyPro Console Repair, there is absolutely NO excuse for your behavior throughout this ordealYou should be ashamed to conduct business in such an embarrassingly poor manner!!! If you want to promote yourself as a "Veteran Owned" business, you should conduct yourselves honorably, and not cast a dark shadow on other Veterans trying to run their businesses with honesty and integritySHAME ON YOU!!!! Also, if you are under the impression that you handled any part of this ordeal correctly, you are wrongYou have been nothing but rude and inconsiderate, and you have failed to take accountability for your mistakesSometimes all it takes is standing up and saying "I am so sorry, we really messed upWe are embarrassed that this has happenedThis has never happened beforeWe are going to make this right with you and work to make sure this never happens again." You seem all for saying that in response to my negative reviews online, but you sure failed to tell me that, or even to bother apologizing, in personThere were a couple of times you could have salvaged yourselves from this situation, but you were apparently "too busy" to bother taking care of your customer
