we had done a alignment on feb 15thour tech did drive the car for the first alignment.when he came back for the recheck my tech told me it was in specs we did check the front end of the carand as far as we could tell everything looked ok
then when he called back the third time since the car did have front end damage we recommended he take the car to a frame shop so they could see if he had any bent parts that we would not be able to see with the naked eyei was not going to offer a refund because the first time his car was in need of alignment it was out of specs so we did what the customer had told us to doand got the car in specs and we also swap the front tires to see if that was the issue but it did not fix the problem so after I had done everything I could think to do that is when I referred him to take it to a body shop we did everything I could thank you

First off,c the technician told me face to face that it was already within "specs" only AFTER I had aligned the car - and that it was off degree - but he went ahead and re aligned the car anyways (first trip,)The front end damage has been there for over two years and hasn't affected the car until I had a flat tire, which they repaired as wellThey NEVER told me they took off the front tires and rotated themHe did not offer this service to me as an option, and they did NOT tell me rotating the tires did not fix the problemThey also didn't tell me that I had a problem, they said everything was "good to go." It was not documented on my receipt eitherThey did not test drive the vehicle or they would have noticed it was off, it is very noticeableIf the car was still turning to the left then they need to tell me this, not tell me the problem is fixedI was very polite and trusted their expertise, to have them come back and lie is not an acceptable solution to my problem
