Review: Recently, I just purchased a car in February, 2014. In the process of them pulling my credit, they show a recent car loan that was not in delinquent status for the amount of $15,500.

Now when they called this creditor, a simple question as to how much was owed could not be answered but instead, [redacted] called the dealership harrassing them instead. [redacted], the sales representative at [redacted], called up [redacted] asking if a letter could be sent for the amount that I owe them for the repossession. [redacted] asked to speak with me and told me she did not understand what they needed so I explained. She then told me that she will send them the letter requested with the amount but needed a little time because my file was missing. Now after about 10 calls to [redacted], she finally answered and explained what was owed was a little over $7k. After the amount was given to me, she told me she will send them that information but then called [redacted] back stating they can not lend to me.

Now I am pulling my credit report from [redacted] and the amount reported is $15,100.

I filed a dispute through the Revdex.com back in 2012 when the repossession happened; the repossession was taken after missing 2 payments and then held until the 3rd payment came up, stating you missed 3 payments which is why this can not be given back.

I would like documentation from them of when this was taken as well as the correct amount that is owed because I am looking for evidence to provide my lawyer.Desired Settlement: I would like proper paperwork of the repossession as well as paperwork for the amount that is owed. I truly would not like to go through a lawyer but feel like this is wrong and they need to be shut down. It is not right for them to take advantage of citizens that are trying to make it in this credit society world and they fraud you. This needs to be resolved!
