Good day, First, I would like to explain the reason why I did not bring it back to your store for further investigation of the problemI live in [redacted] , an hour and a half away from your store, and your mechanics could not find the problem with my ATVWhy would I bring it back for further investigation and spend [redacted] dollars on fuel and more investigation if they could not find the problem in the first place after hrs? Second, your shop was unable to explicitly find the problem (with certified mechanics on [redacted] ATVs)The mechanic told us that he was certain that the problem was the coil, after investigating for hrsAfter all that time spent on my ATV, the mechanic asked me to bring it back for more investigationThe battery was also looked at (and told me that it was fine) and still, the mechanic did not find the problemI went to a local engine repair shop after, and within mins, the mechanic found the problem, which was the radiatorThe radiator was simply full of mud and that is what was causing the stoppage of my ATVThe local mechanic was not impressed that your shop, qualified with mechanics on Suzuki ATVs, were not able to find the problem after all the time spent investigating the problemI was super disappointed in the service I received: after bringing it to your shop, my ATV's battery caught on fire, when it never happened beforeMy friend, a certified mechanic, spent only five minutes changing the coil, and did not touch anything elseHe did not touch the battery or any other partsI also would like to point out that the coil and the battery are not linked together and the replacement of the coil did not cause the battery to catch on fireI reiterate that your store is responsible for this incidentTherefore, you should reimburse me the labour that you charged me and the replacement of the new batteryAlso, I want to bring to your attention that I bought the coil from your shop under the recommendation of your mechanic and replacing the coil did not make the problem any better or worse My request remains the same: reimburse me the $ [redacted] plus tax of labour and the cost of a new battery

Good day,
First, I would like to explain the reason why I did not bring it back to your store for further investigation of the problem. I live in [redacted], an hour and a half away from your store, and your mechanics could not find the problem with my ATV. Why would I bring it back for further investigation and spend [redacted] dollars on fuel and more investigation if they could not find the problem in the first place after 3.59 hrs? Second, your shop was unable to explicitly find the problem (with certified mechanics on [redacted] ATVs). The mechanic told us that he was certain that the problem was the coil, after investigating for 3.59 hrs. After all that time spent on my ATV, the mechanic asked me to bring it back for more investigation... The battery was also looked at (and told me that it was fine) and still, the mechanic did not find the problem. I went to a local engine repair shop after, and within 45 mins, the mechanic found the problem, which was the radiator. The radiator was simply full of mud and that is what was causing the stoppage of my ATV. I reiterate that your store is responsible for this incident. Therefore, you should reimburse me the labour that you charged me and the replacement of the new battery.
