The original complaint was filed towards the end of November in 2015, and we are just now getting feedback about the apparent lack of warranty from Image Roofing We were never told of any warranty coverage gaps in the years leading up to the entire roof replacement Patches to worn parts of the roof where the material had deteriorated were fixed without any charge as the warranty we had covered the repair

is the background on the complaint. *** ** ***’s contractor was Commercial General Development The Owner at the time was Ken Campbell They are bankrupt and out of business for many years now The year warranty that *** ** *** church is talking about had to be registered and paid for through the manufacturer Commercial General never paid for the warranty The copy of the warranty that *** ** *** has, was never registered or paid for in the final close-out process of the building by Commercial General Development. Image Roofing holds the workmanship warranty of the roof only It was never an application or workmanship issue Image Roofing is still owed money from Commercial General Development on this project from This has all been discussed with *** ** *** Church. On April 4th of Image Roofing received a signed contract of $14,to repair the roof areas that were failing and then re-coat the entire roof as a preventative maintenance measure. On April 11, Image Roofing received a 50% down payment of $ 7,to start the repair work. On April 19, the repair work was started. On April 20, we made all the necessary repairs. On April 23, we applied the first preventative maintenance top coat on the entire roof. On April 28, we did an inspection to ensure that all repairs had held and the pull-tests were up to specifications Everything passed. On May 4, we did the second preventative maintenance top-coat and final clean up. We e-mailed the final invoice of $ 7,for payment on June 7, and are still awaiting payment.Please let me know if you have any further questions or need more information.
