I had pro digitizing make different sizes of my logo for meThe small chest size and large back sizeI was charged $for bothThey sent me the downloads the next day but the files were damagedIt took phone calls before I was able to get a file that I could actually downloadAfter I put it on my embroidery machine the colors were completely different and so they told me to just follow the colors in my email (which is ridiculous and it should be right on my machine!!) so I did what they said and tried embroidering both sizes multiple times on different fabric and they turned out horrible every timeThe stitching was out of line and overlapping and looked totally unprofessionalI will not be going back to this company again!
