I ordered a roll off dumpster for a weekend I was asked by the employee who took my order if I had a couch to dispose of I told her that I didShe asked if she could have it As a courtesy, I left the couch for last so the employee could get itThe dumpster is gone, but the couch is still sitting there I called the company times to remove the couchDuring the 3rd call, they told me it would be taken care ofHere I am weeks later and that couch is still there! Contract services not fulfilledI paid for the items to be removed and they were not

I am not a customer of pro disposalmy neighbor ordered a dumpster the driver of the truck drove over my lawn leaving two large gouges, each being larger than feet long and inches wide the smaller gouges were about feet by feet the gouges were to inches deepin addition the gouges were connected by smaller ruts the driver also went over my driveway leaving large black marks as he tried to swing the dumpster in, I called the company on 8/13/and was told the owner would call me eventually as he was driving the trucks since his crew was on vacation I called again on8/15/and was told the same as of today, 8/24/I have not heard from anyone at pro disposalhe also hit the side of another neighbors shed and plowed a gash in his yardI would never recommend pro disposalI understand I must leave at least one star to rate this business, they don't deserve even that

Review: When my garbage was picked up yesterday morning I found a can missing. I went out looking for the can and found it up by the house. It was dark so I picked up the can and put it away. When I took my kids to the bus in the light I saw something black in the snow. It was the wheel broken off the bottom of my garbage can. I immediately called Pro Disposal where I gave a man all the information and he said someone would return my call. I never received a return call so I called back the next day. I got a very rude man who wanted to know what I wanted him to do about it. He said it could have been the wind that blew the can up by the house. I said so I suppose that the wind blowing the can broke the wheel off the bottom as well. He said his guys never told him that anything happened. I said why would they. They aren't going to tell him that they threw the can or broke it. I wouldn't be so mad right now if that man wouldn't have been so rude. He could have said that he was sorry that it happened instead of denying it. That would have been fine with me but now since he was so rude I wanted to make others aware of their business practices.Desired Settlement: I didn't really want anything from the company except to make them aware of the situation that had happened. Now that I was treated so rudely for brining it to their attention I would like a replacement or a credit on my bill in the amount of which a replacement garbage can costs.
