As a new resident to the city, I began utilizing this cleaners because of its convenience near my homeHowever, I am in no way willing to settle and compromise my expectation for customer service for convenienceThe customer service at Pro Dry Cleaners is horribleThe owners are a couple, in which the wife is friendly and pleasantHer husband, unfortunately has a disgusting attitude which is unchanging He is extremely rude, unfriendly, and noticeably condescending when he speaksI attempted to provide the benefit of the doubt due to his wifeHowever, I reached my limit when I was questioned about my request for a receipt for my clothes and paymentI would have never expected to be questioned and talked to as if I were a child about why I wanted a receipt for my itemsI was utterly disgusted with this man's condescending disposition and lack of respect for my patronage, The problem here is that businesses become comfortable and complacent with their established customer baseTherefore, people seem to accept less quality and the value that should be expected when your money is involvedI will not return to this cleaners and could only hope that others will stop patronizing places where their dollars are taken for granted
