Good Afternoon,I just received a notice regarding a complaint against our company, # [redacted] , in the mail today 8/17/I spoke to the customer via email on Monday 8/15/everything is all set, I mailed a check for the full amount to the electrician on MondayShe did email us the bill, which I left with my boss, and to be honest I think we forgot about it, was not done intentionallyI was on vacation when she called about the overdue bill, and took care of it when I got back in the office on MondayOne thing I would like to mention is that on all of our contracts it specifically says that we are not responsible for any damage to underground utilities it is the customers responsibility to notify us of their locationHowever, we have always acted responsibility in the past, and taken care of any utilities that we may have damaged.Sincerely, [redacted] PRO Fence Co Inc [redacted] , MA [redacted]
