I am rejecting this response because:
I have been promised this refund several times prior to this and it is always the same reply when I inquire as to why I have not received it; "the check is (or will be) mailed and you will receive it by next week".  I have no trust in this reply anymore as it has gone on for six weeks.

The complaint is accurate, however we did go back and correct the situation ,and it was approved by customer.
