I spoke with the member regarding her cancellation on 01/30/The member felt that screaming, using profanity, slamming the desk, throwing pens, making threats and trying to slam doors is acceptable behaviorThe member was told her bully behavior toward staff is not
acceptableI stated we are here to help answer any questions and explain the policy if she needed further clarification but I would not continue to help her with her questions if she couldn't handle herself in a professional mannerShe still continued to make threats and use profanity

Dear ***,I spoke with *** *** on multiple occasions regarding her membership and a previous request to see if she could cancel her gym membership for medical reasonsAfter reviewing ***'s request and medical reason with her, *** was told she would be approved for a
membership freeze*** stated at that time that her reason for not currently using the gym was not having the time based on working and school*** agreed that she fully understands the membership term, the policy for cancellations, freeze time and that her membership could be cancelled out in January 31st of Recently her mother *** called the gym asking why ***'s membership was not cancelledI explained the policy and that *** agreed to understanding the policy and that her membership could be cancelled after ***'s initial term*** stated that *** has done this before by joining a gym and did not use it and had to pay out the membershipI explained the policy again to *** and that I have already spoken to *** and she understands the membership agreement*** still insisted we should cancel her membership because she is not going to use it*** is welcome to call me at any time if I can provide more help in this matter.Sincerely,Steve P
