June she tried to cancel her contract then she was informed that the contract she signed was a 1 year agreement. She tried saying that her signature was forged but it matched the other signature and we also have her photo on file for the membership ID. Starting in July she stopped making her monthly payments which is why she was sent to collections. She works right next door to the gym. If she moved all she had to do was submit a form to our billing company and the contract would have been cancelled. She will not be removed from collections and still owes the rest of her annual agreement.
