Pro Floors/CFS Installation

My wife and I planned on replacing a carpet in our family room with travertine tile, somewhat matching our travertine tile in the adjacent kitchen When I contacted Mike Wooldridge to quote on installing the job, he came to our house and was extremely helpful in our planning In fact he offered an idea of putting in porcelain wood instead of the travertine, and he had a number of samples for us to look at We fell in love with one of the samples he showed us and contracted the job with him We scheduled a date and time frame for the install His team showed up on the date and did a fabulous job! Our experience with Mike and the Pro Floors team is that they are first rate, professional, and are of the highest quality Based on a couple of alternative quotes, their pricing is in line with market rates and are very fair I highly recommend working with Mike Wooldridge and the Pro Floors team if you want a high quality job done!

Three weeks ago we replaced all carpeting in our home with tile We hired Pro Floors to do the work as they offered excellent service and fair pricing We are extremely pleased with the entire process Mike advised us with many difficult decisions, visited every day during the week-long process of installation His crew worked very professionally always being thoughtful of our needs The crew left the house and work area spotlessly clean We are enjoying a more beautiful home!

Pro floor was hired to install carpet and tile in the master bedroom and bathroom First day crew played loud music, were in my kitchen and using my electricity to charge their phones They blew my GFCI outlet in the toilet closet and will not replace or repair They claimed they only used the outside outlet The glass sliding doors in the linen closet were removed and now are off by an inch on each side They have made attempts to correct issues however nothing has been repaired I now have to contact an electrician to fix their mistake and an handyman to rehang the glass doors They say their crews are reliable and bonded - DON'T LEAVE THEM ALONE IN YOUR HOUSE!

investigation it appears she has a electrical wiring problem within the walls as there is evidence of an old fire on the outside of the house of which she claimed to know nothing aboutMy crews never touched her outlet in the water closet area in the bathroom as there was no need toIt is also highly unusual for there to be an outlet right next to a toilet stool.It is my opinion that the previous owner may have done some remodeling at some point and probably not to code.The closet doors were hung in the exact position they were when we found themThe house has settled over the years and the framing around her closet is not square.*** expressed to me that she was having to sell her house and was going through a divorce. She also was living with no flooring in the areas we installed the new flooring materialsShe told me her husband had ripped up all the old flooring and was going to put new flooring in 9-years ago.I hope this shines some light on the actual events

I absolutely loved not only the end product of my laminate floors, but the process exceeded my expectations, too The customer service was personable and attentive Even when something didn't go 'as planned' during my full home renovation project, Mike and his team were right there to help out I could call upon them for anything and know that I was going to get a quick response and resources to assist me Their work was high quality and Mike has an eye for perfection I've happily and confidently recommended them to friends and family
