I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: the owner is well aware that his
statement about there being no door at the time he insulated and stained the door is falseMaybe he would like to see the receipt of when the door was purchased and delivered on siteOr maybe he would like to speak to the homeowner who was present when the carpenters installed the doorHe could look at the receipt for the installation and it's time frame Or maybe he could speak with his salesman who was present with him when I had them on the project site pointing out this damage to the door at which time they assured me that it would be taken care ofThey also gave me a time frame of when it would be fixed but I guess his memory has become very selective.
