I tried three times to schedule this job with Mrs*** each time the job was rescheduled by Mrs * *** for various reasons finally cancelled , I have had substantial cost involved in rescheduling this job three times with both people and equipment that prevented me from doing additional jobs,
because the insurance adjuster only wants to offer Mrs*** $that has absolutely nothing to do with the cost and the amount of work involved in her job, I thought I was being very generous by offering her a refund of $and only keeping $which did not even cover my cost of cancellation and lost incomeAlso keep in mind that Mrs*** did not even give me the opportunity after she had a contract in place to match a lower price from her other contractor.with that in mind I have no intention of refunding her additional $200,if she chooses to seek other legal remedies I will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against her for loss of profit in breach of contract *** *** president MLS tree service
