I made an appointment to go into La Fleur Nails to get my acrylic nails removedWhen I get there they make me wait minutes to get seen When they finally do see me, the girl without soaking them starts violently chipping away with a nail trimmer until my nail splits down the centerI cringe in pain and pull my hand back and ask her if it would be better to soak themShe goes and gets a bowl of acetone and dunks my fingers inAs they submerge, the pain from the cut is overwhelming so I pull them backAs I do this, she laughs at meDevastated at being laughed at I walk awayThen I ask the manager what could be doneMy nail is bleeding, partially chipped off, and split down the center .Anymore removal of that nail would result in the whole nail bed being ripped off since it was split so far downShe tries to put more acetone on it mistaking it for alcoholAfter trying to calmly reason with her and explain what happen, they do nothing but send me on my way in tearsNow afte
