I had my annual servicing of my gas fire place today and must shareMy techician was Saman and what a well mannered, professional man he wasNot only did he advise me on something that is needed to maintain the fireplace, showing me the problem, quoted the price, went to his truck to get the item needed but after completing the servicing informed me that the piece was not, after all, needed after further investigationSo right then he saved me $by his honestyHe also tested for gas or carbon leakage and pleased to report both were on his scopes I was very pleased with the service provided and especially by the courteous technician, SamanI will continue using PGHS and recommend them to others that may be looking for reliable companies in this field

We had no idea that we could add a switch to our furnace to switch to fan mode, and with this heat....we were most happy to add that to our service today! We were very happy with Shawn, who was wonderful to deal with, and our service from Pro Gas!
The tech arrived on time and answered all of my questionsI told him the fireplace didn't always come on when I flipped the switchHe told me that the wall switch was failing and I was surprized at how reasonable the new one wasHe left my fireplace working and there was no mess for me to clean up!!! I will recommend this company to my friends
Nice tech...he explained why the glass on my gas fireplace was foggy and showed me how to turn the pilot lite on and offIt gets warm in my condo in the summerHe replaced my wall switch at a very reasonable price and he showed up on time ....not like other companies I have had in the pastWill use this company again

We had a promotional inspection done because we had been having small issues with our hot water pilot light going out- didn't think much of it but thought we would have it looked at. Pro Gas came in and found we actually had a small gas leak and our hot water tank was expired. Gave us a great competitive quote and refunded back the inspection when the work was done.
They even followed up a month later to make sure everything was working.
Work was great. Very helpful with the explanations of what to look for and how to operate. Overall I would recommend highly.
