I hauled load on 12/01/2016 there pay days was 30 days its been 340 days and they have not paid me anything I filed complaint against them on loadbord
they threatening me to take my complaint back or I will not see a dime. they made deposit of partial payment of $1500.00 on Oct 13, 2017 which still shows pending I got call from them Oct 16, 2017 threatening that I take my complaint back from load board and there bond company or else they will report the partial payment check they deposited into my account on Oct 13th as a fraudulent check and I would have to face legal charges. Bond company is denying my payment because it is food product but there is no issue with the quality of the food we delivered on time, no damage to the product I called buyer (Matrana's Produce) and verified with them if there was any problem with the product they said everything
came out of my truck was clean and there was no claim on the product, broker (PRO GL INC) MC# *** is not responsive every time I call them I get told that they didnt receive any paperwork from me I sent the paperwork to them 23 times over the email and original bills were mailed out on the December 4th 2016 everytime I emailed them load paperwork I stayed on the phone to verify they do receive everything and they verified they received everything. I have recorded calls and all emails when the paperwork was sent to them I even used 3rd party (***) to send them paperwork. *** is a website where brokers post loads and carriers, owner operators find loads they also have ratting for carriers and brokers I filed complaint against Pro GL on *** that droped there ratting from A brokers to an F and no carrier wants to haul load for F ratting broker this is what made them really mad instead of paying me my money they are threatening to report me for fraudulent check if I do not take my complaint back and raise there ratting back up so they can burn other small carriers like me. the following are the employees for Pro GL I have been in contacted with and knows the situation 1 jason v
