PRO-GLAZE Refinishing

I had my tub stripped and refinished 9-2012 by this company for $295. I called today and a lady told me 365 to do it again. I asked about the price increase and explained I have my receipt from 2012. She started yelling at me stating she doesn't care if I have my receipt that is the price. I asked if they are Superior Refinishing, she said they are affiliated but wouldn't say meanwhile my receipt states otherwise.

Review: The first time they came out, they did the job, but a couple months later the middle of the tub started swelling and then "chipping". They said they'd repair the chips, so we called them and they opened communication with an attitude, thinking that we were another customer that claimed they stole. When they came over after canceling the initial appointment to fix the tub, they said that we had needed to caulk afterwards (which I don't recall), but they would do it...after they made the CUSTOMER go buy the materials for them. The tub's chipping is repaired, but it cost $65 as well as the polyseamseal that we had to go and get from Home Depot. They "finished" the job, but the way they operate as a business makes it difficult to call on them for anything else.Desired Settlement: I'd just like to get the word out there about this organization.
