Hello [redacted] , Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaintMost importantly I would like to apologize to you for the long delay you experienced with your orderAdmittedly we were unprepared for the huge growth we would experience in custom glove salesDue to the fact that every single glove is 100% handcrafted individually we did begin to experience delivery time delays and I am very sorry that you were not notified of this issue sooner as you should have been informedWe are making the necessary changes in hiring more customer service reps and production team members to ensure this does not happen againYour glove order was shipped on April 7th and delivered on April 10th( USPS Tracking [redacted] ) Thank you so much- Team

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] Lao To whom it may concern, This is just to inform you that my Complaint ID [redacted] technically has been resolved, as I have received the product that I purchased from them originally, no partial refund for goodwill, no freebies for the trouble, nothingIf that is what you consider as closed then this complaint is doneIt does not make the fact that it took the company over twice as long of a time to deliver the product that they originally promised it forThis alone would be bad enough, but the fact that I had to go chasing them around via phone calls, emails, etcfor information on my order, is an aggravation I did not have to go throughI was able to get through to them via phone maybe out of the times I've tried, so I resulted to using emails, which for the most part were getting ignored by their customer service folks, the few times that I did get an answer, the information given were far from being accurateAll this did not even include the incompetence of an issue that happened when they actually shipped the product and I was tracking it to my home addressI am not going to mention the details as part of this complaint because that is technically not all their fault, and doing so on my part would only be piling onThank you for trying to helpBut if you are expecting the company to respond to your inquiries in a timely manner, good luck with that [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] The matter is resolve because the product has been delivered However, the issue wasn't the product at all It was all about the time frame of the delivery as oppose to the time frame stated on the website for delivery I'm not an unreasonable person I understand that when you are dealing with a business just like in life you can be thrown a curve It's how you deal with that curve can make all the difference in the world I won't began to tell someone how to run their business, but I would like to make a suggestion During the "business" season change the time frame for delivery and include the few extra weeks that was describe to me By the way a "few" is two, "several" is more that two My glove was delivered in about plus weeksBut there's no need to "beat a dead horse" that ship has already sailed My point is to inform the customers and not let it get to this point.........as stated the glove has been received
