Mr. [redacted] paid $350 on November 9th, 2015 and our Technician David S[redacted] performed the initial service on 11/10/15. Mr. [redacted] called him the salesperson, David did not sell the service so the service was performed because Mr. [redacted] used his name. I am attaching a copy of the service ticket...
plus a copy of a check for $175 cashed by him. He signed and cashed the check with a waiver of further claims. Mr. [redacted] has reconsidered his position and wants additional monies. We very strongly believe that we performed the service and refunded the balance on his account.
