I do not accept the response of the businessNo refund was issued and I was not happy with the service I receivedNail technician [redacted] painted my nails with gel horribly and then left the business to retrieve her child from school while my hands were still in the dryerDuring my manicure she did not trim my cuticles and I could not communicate with her due to language barrier and the entire time [redacted] was having an argument with [redacted] about borrowed light machinesWhen the dryer turned off and I realized the bad nail job I had received, nail technician ***, along with other women working there, agreed that it was very bad and needed to be redoneI was in a wedding that weekend and I really didn't have time to have her fix them but they were awful, blotchy, bubbles, and uneven [redacted] soaked my fingers in acetone for minutes and then picked and filled my nails to remove the gelThis was very painful and destroyed my cuticles [redacted] was very nice and very apologeticIf they saw in their camera that I was speaking nicely and smiling to [redacted] that's because she did nothing wrongI don't treat people poorly because of the actions of othersThis doesn't mean I was happy with my nails, I was far from happy about being in pain and sitting an extra hour at the salon when I had a very busy schedule that dayI asked for a discount for the Inconvince to me, the customerNo one acknowledged thisWhen she was done I paid the $she told me I owed and I tipped [redacted] $$for her doing my toes and $I would have given [redacted] had she done her job correctlyI told them I wanted to speak to the manager but none of the girls knew when he would be inI told them I didn't feel the price was fair and she said she "wasn't allowed to do that." I proceeded over the next week to call the business times (I have phone recordes proving this to be true) every time I was told the manager was not in and they didn't know when he would be inThe last time I called I stated I needed a refund for my nails and I was hung up onThis is when I filled my dispute with Revdex.comI am a paying customer and I believe I should be refunded for my finger nailsI was in the salon hours, missed an appointment, and had soar, red fingers for days after the acetone soak and filling of my nails that would not have taken place had [redacted] done her Job correctly, Instead she rushed because she had to leave the business for personal matters, spent the entire time arguing with [redacted] and did an awful job on my nailsI have no problem paying for my toes which [redacted] did, but I refuse to pay for my nailsThis business should do the right thing instead of making excuses

I do not accept the response of the business. No refund was issued and I was not happy with the service I received. Nail technician [redacted] painted my nails with gel horribly and then left the business to retrieve her child from school while my hands were still in the dryer. When she was done I paid the $60 she told me I owed and I tipped [redacted] $10. $5 for her doing my toes and $5 I would have given [redacted] had she done her job correctly. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager but none of the girls knew when he would be in. I told them I didn't feel the price was fair and she said she "wasn't allowed to do that." I proceeded over the next week to call the business 3 times (I have phone recordes proving this to be true) every time I was told the manager was not in and they didn't know when he would be in. The last time I called I stated I needed a refund for my nails and I was hung up on. This is when I filled my dispute with Revdex.com. I am a paying customer and I believe I should be refunded for my finger nails. I was in the salon 2 hours, missed an appointment, and had soar, red fingers for 3 days after the acetone soak and filling of my nails that would not have taken place had [redacted] done her Job correctly, Instead she rushed because she had to leave the business for personal matters, spent the entire time arguing with [redacted] and did an awful job on my nails. I have no problem paying for my toes which [redacted] did, but I refuse to pay for my nails. This business should do the right thing instead of making excuses.
