I have already contacted the attorney general's office and discussed that we would first consult the Revdex.com Since this business uses deceptive business practices and have taken advantage of a disabled veteran with severe ptsd , I will further pursue this Unjust act through the attorney general's office and the veteran's representative in my senator's office

In Response to Complaint #*** Mr*** ***
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during the moving processWe sincerely regret we could not exceed customer expectations
The quote presented to customer was for
$580.50 & $(additional Mover added with customers approval )= $670.50 which was for 4.5hrs.
Our estimate clearly states that final charges are based on actual time the move will take and materials usedIf job is completed early the Invoice will be adjusted accordingly and vice versa if it exceedsThe crew worked for 7.25hrs we charged $accordingly.( including the Packing materials used, Packing Material Cost $16.00.)
When the job was completed I personally asked customer how did the movers worked he said they worked hard, Movers were all time in front of customer working hard .I checked with my foreman he said that it was a street cleaning day and he has to park the truck away from the building ,long walk in the ally way which goes in the back of building and then 4th floor bringing down the furniture at origin took longer than usual time to finish the job I explained the same to the customer, he nodded it
Our Estimate Clearly states that “final charges are based on actual time the move will take and materials Used."
After completion of job and and movers leaving from the the job site we got call from customer saying that the corner of the truck has made contact with rain gutter and destroyed the portion of rain gutter of the house, We immediately asked our foreman to turn around his truck and do visual what went wrong he checked it and said it was tight spot for truck and truck has made contact with the gutter and damage the corner .I personally spoke to customer and apologize for the inconvenience caused and took responsibility to resolve the situation, requested his Landlord Information so we can fix the problemI personally followed with Landlord couple of times and took care of the situation ,we agreed with Land lord for $settlement and landlord will get it fixed from the gutter companyLandlord accepted our proposalWe sent him a check Of $Chk#*** Dated 9/9/got debited to our Account on 9/18/14. I also kept customer informed by sending him a copy of Landlords acceptance mail of mutual agreement to accept $for the damage corner of rain gutter
I believe Customer's unhappiness is towards the damage to the property and we took care of it by sending the check to the Landlord for $195 and we did not want customer to involve with damage to the property but we would like to keep him informed that we took care of the situation
To summarize customer never followed up for extra time charged, I followed up with customer and his Landlord and during my follow up call customer mentioned me that he was unhappy for number of hours movers worked for him & it took longer time to complete the job
We once again sincerely apologize for the Inconvenience caused about the damage to the property and about the move time we tried our best to complete the job in the best possible manner and also customer vouched for movers working hardBut still if customer feels we have not met his expectation of good service we welcome his suggestions and ready to settle the claim but paying $350 back to customer is not a viable option

Dear Manager,As per our discussion today attaching documents which says clearly that in event of cancellation of job your deposits is non refundable .Also when we book the job we clearly say to customer as non refundable deposit is been charged to customer's card in the event of cancellation...

customer loses the deposit.Also we have sent to customer the information that in the event if he plans to move in future he can apply this deposit towards that date in next six months.Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted].President.Pro Haul Moving & Storage Corp.[redacted]

He did not inform me of  nonrefundable deposit  and he refused to give me any type of writing in the email first before I gave him a deposit.  He is lying about telling me upfront that the deposit was nonrefundable and he refused to send me" any type of contract information prior to the deposit he said I had to do that first he is lying and I have two witnesses.
