We had a roof leak and ended up with extensive water damage to the ceiling and walls of the master bedroom. Andrew took the time to explain each process that needed to be completed and was happy to answer any and all questions that we had. The work completed was very high quality and well done. He left the bedroom looking better than it did before the damage occurred. We highly recommend Pro Home Restorations and would 100% use them again no question!

No one ever wants to have to call a company for a water damage emergency. When our sump pump failed on a Sunday morning, my head started spinning and I was thinking the worst. We discovered the problem when there was already two inches of water covering the basement floor and more was coming in quickly. Luckily, we found and called Pro Home Restorations. They were at our house within 2 hours ready to work. The quick and efficient team got us dried out and the owner, Andrew, even gave us great advice with regard to our homeowners insurance claim.
Once we were dried out, I asked Andrew to do a mold test to help ease my mind since our kids play in the basement. He explained that he was happy to but he also understood if we wanted a second opinion since he would do a test and potentially remediation if necessary. I really respected his honesty that sometimes people don't want to trust a company that tests and fixes a problem since they could potentially make a problem seem worse to get more business. Long story short, our test came back slightly elevated with a mold spore that you would expect from a water damage event. Again, to put my mind at ease with kids playing I asked him to proceed with the mold remediation process. We are very lucky we did, AND we are very lucky Andrew was our guy - he found what turned out to be an unrelated slow leak in a wall that we even missed when looking around the drying out basement. He noticed during the mold remediation a small section of studs were still wet, which was very odd. He didn’t just ignore it assuming it would eventually dry out and found what turned out to be a pipe in the ceiling that dripped down the wall so it never hit the drywall. There was a stalactite coming off the pipe which was three or four inches long! Needless to say he helped us get that fixed up, finished up the remediation and got us headed back to normal!
Without a doubt, I would call Pro Home Restoration again in a heartbeat, although I do hope I never have to do that. From the quick response to the expertise, honesty and efficiency you can’t ask for more!

Andrew did an amazing job with a mold remediation project in our basement. His professionalism and knowledge, yet down-to-earth demeanor and amount of work for the price made him stand out among other companies from whom we got estimates. Initially finding mold in our basement was extremely daunting, but Andrew took the stress out of it all for us. Andrew gave us fair and honest opinions/facts about options for our basement, and that enabled us to make the best choices possible for what we could afford. In addition to having him remediate the mold, he also replaced some damaged moldy drywall and did an excellent job with that. Andrew took the time to do meticulous work with every aspect of the project and we couldn't be happier with the result! Throughout the day of the cleaning, he made sure to point out things and always cleared additions to the project with me before doing them.
